KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent buyers or sellers across luxury and off‑plan residential transactions in Dubai.
• Source and manage client leads via proactive networking, marketing, and referrals.

• Analyze market trends and prepare comparative pricing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, handling offer and counter-offer stages efficiently.
• Manage documentation, coordinate inspections/appraisals, and ensure smooth transaction workflows
