We are a reputable real estate company in Abu Dhabi, specializing in primary (off-plan) and secondary (ready/resale) property sales, along with leasing services. We are looking for motivated and dynamic Sales & Leasing Agents who want to grow their career in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market while enjoying one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales (primary and/or secondary) with leasing background preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and developments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Handle sales of primary (off-plan) and secondary (resale/ready) properties.
  • Manage leasing transactions including listings, client viewings, negotiations, and rental contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors.
  • Market properties effectively through online portals, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct professional property tours and client meetings.
  • Negotiate and close deals efficiently.
  • Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate laws, projects, and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.
