REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE, ideally Abu Dhabi
  • Solid understanding of local communities, developers, and pricing trends
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, confident in handling client objections
  • UAE driving license is mandatory
  • ADM broker license is preferred or in progress
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
  • Embrace continuous learning and growth

Responsibilities
  • Source, list, and close property transactions (leasing, resale, or off-plan)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Conduct property viewings, advise clients on pricing strategies, and negotiate terms
  • Provide market insights and guide clients through every step of the sale or lease process
  • Follow up on leads, manage your portfolio, and maintain regular client communication
  • Participate in project launches, events, and client meetings
  • Ensure all transactions comply with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations
