  • Minimum 6 mos - 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the Dubai market.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape and RERA regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and identify potential buyers and sellers of properties in Dubai.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends, prices, and new developments.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Show properties to prospective clients and highlight their features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales and lease agreements between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
