JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, liaising with clients, and assisting in property transactions. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and an interest in real estate sales.

• Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of property portals and sales process is a plus.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Maintain and update property listings on portals.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
