We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in property sales, a valid driver’s license, and the confidence to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Valid driver’s license and own car
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

• Actively promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients and property owners
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and available listings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for listing updates and marketing activities
• Ensure legal and documentation processes are completed smoothly
• Follow up with leads and manage inquiries professionally
