Description
Looking for a results-oriented and professional Operations and Administrative Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting the operations and administration of our luxury short-term rental properties, including acquiring new homeowners and clients for our portfolio. You’ll be responsible for growing our network, securing partnerships, and representing in Dubai’s premium real estate market. Responsibilities: Identify and onboard luxury homeowners for Opulenco’s property portfolio. Acquire new clients looking for high-end holiday homes and tailored experiences. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and local partners. Conduct property tours and present Opulenco’s services to potential clients. Meet sales and acquisition targets on a monthly basis. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate and hospitality markets. Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functioning. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate, luxury sales, hospitality, or administration. Strong network within Dubai’s high-net-worth and property circles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Professional presentation and understanding of luxury service standards. Target-oriented, confident closer, and able to work independently. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Compensation: AED 4,500 per month plus commission and performance-based incentives.
