BUYER’S AGENT – WORK WITH PREMIER CLIENTS

We’re looking for a polished and dedicated Buyer’s Agent to join our respected real estate team—recognized for representing premier properties and delivering high-touch client care.
In this role, you’ll guide buyers through each stage of their home purchase—from the initial consultation and curated showings to negotiation and closing. As their trusted advisor, you’ll ensure a smooth, personalized experience that reflects the caliber of our team.
You’ll work alongside top-producing agents and team leads who set the bar in the local market. With access to pre-qualified leads, hands-on support, and a collaborative environment, you’ll be positioned to help motivated buyers secure exceptional homes in sought-after areas.

$140,000 at planResponsibilities:

• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Real estate license required
• Superb communication
