We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process.
From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. $60,000 - $90,000Responsibilities:

  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Follow up and nurture warm leads that have raised their hand to indicate pending actions that often result in a real estate transaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training for the development of technical and sales skills.
  • Willingness to stay engaged in proven processes that provide tangible results.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
