YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES FOR THE SALES CADET POSITION:

  • Passion for the real estate industry, with a genuine interest in property and sales.
  • Possession of an Agent Representative Certificate
  • Full-time availability to commit to the demands of the position.
  • Ownership of a car and a valid driver’s license.
  • Positive attitude, driven mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate field.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and effectively manage workflow and priorities.
  • Exceptional work ethic demonstrated by a combination of accuracy, efficiency, initiative, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong customer service focus with a positive and can-do attitude, ensuring clients’ needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting door knocking activities and arranging appointments with potential clients.Â
  • Making cold calls and database calls to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Assisting in the preparation of listing kits and executing marketing strategies for properties.Â
  • Assisting with building inspection, private inspections, property photography appointments.Â
  • Maintaining and updating the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering enquiries, and addressing concerns.Â
  • Assisting at auctions, open houses, and property inspections to support the sales process.Â
  • Actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
