JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team at Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process while delivering exceptional service and market expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE market
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Responsibilities
  • Actively source and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers and tenants
  • Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, trends, and legal regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
