LEADERSHIP ROLES INCLUDE:

• Fixed salary up to AED 30,000 – among the best in the market
• Flat 50% commission on personal sales – with zero targets
• 12% override on team performance
• 3% company equity – become a stakeholder in our growth
• Quarterly appraisals between 8% to 16%

INDIVIDUAL SALES ROLES INCLUDE:

• High fixed salaries with stable monthly income
• Up to 35% commission, structured with quarterly slabs – no pressure, no targets
• 10% quarterly performance appraisals
• Access to hot, high-conversion marketing leads

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage clients for sales, leasing, or investment opportunities
• Conduct property tours and negotiations
• Close deals and build long-term client relationships
• (For leadership) Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team
