EDUCATION:

  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Real Estate Management, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Thai and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate seamlessly with international clients and teams.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Industry experience: Over 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years as a team leader; experience in selling apartments, land, or villas is preferred.
  • Management experience: Experience managing a sales team of over 10 people.
  • Event experience: Experience hosting real estate events such as roadshows, client appreciation banquets, presentations, or property tours is preferred.
  • Overseas market experience: Experience in selling overseas real estate in Thailand or working in Australian real estate sales is preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Client resources: Possess extensive client resources and network channels to quickly drive project sales.
  • Policy awareness: Familiar with real estate laws and regulations, able to adjust marketing strategies according to policy changes.
