Description:

Job Summary: The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales operations of the firm’s real estate team. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of real estate agents, and driving revenue growth in the secondary market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and maximize revenue.
  • Identify and exploit new business opportunities within the secondary real estate market.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address any issues or challenges.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and changes in local, regional, and national real estate markets.
  • Client Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Transaction Oversight:
  • Oversee all phases of real estate transactions, from listing and marketing properties to negotiations and closing.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and team achievements.
  • Prepare forecasts and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Training and Development:
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Ensure the team is knowledgeable about the latest market trends, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
