About Us: Breakside Real Estate Group is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our clients, and we are looking for a passionate and professional Sales Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive, welcoming environment while supporting the sales team in executing our marketing and sales programs. This job’s hours are part time with the potential to lead to a full time position, approximately 11:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday through Wednesday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior administrative or sales experience is an asset but not required.

• Greet visitors as they enter the sales centre and sign them in as guests.
• Maintain the showhome, signage, and presentation centre (PC) in pristine condition by following a weekly/daily cleaning checklist.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, reporting traffic, and filing.
• Prepare brochures and welcome packages for guests.
• Assist with hosting special events—help with event setup, guest interactions, and clean-up.
• Ensure the setup and takedown of balloons, signage, and showhome(s) for all events.
• Take on additional duties as required to support the team and sales process.
