About the Role Join Próspera as our Real Estate Sales Lead and spearhead our property sales operations in this innovative charter city. You'll lead our sales office while driving creative marketing strategies and exploring cutting-edge initiatives like tokenization projects. This role combines traditional real estate expertise with entrepreneurial thinking to capitalize on Próspera's unique market position. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Operations: Lead and manage the real estate sales office and processes Drive property sales for residential and commercial developments Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors Conduct property tours, presentations, and closing processes Develop sales strategies tailored to Próspera's unique market Marketing Strategy & Innovation: Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for properties Develop innovative sales approaches for international buyers Lead creative projects including tokenization and blockchain-based real estate initiatives Build digital marketing presence and lead generation systems Collaborate with development team on presales strategies Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and buyer segments Build partnerships with international brokers and investment firms Represent Próspera at real estate conferences and industry events Develop referral networks and strategic alliances Required Qualifications 3+ years of real estate sales experience with proven track record Strong leadership and team management capabilities Experience with high-value property sales and international clients Marketing strategy development and execution experience Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills Portfolio demonstrating sales achievements and marketing initiatives Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury or international real estate markets Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or tokenization concepts Digital marketing and social media expertise Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities - strong plus Previous experience in startup or innovative business environments Understanding of Caribbean/Central American markets What We Offer Competitive commission-based structure Leadership role in a growing, innovative real estate market Opportunity to pioneer new real estate technologies and approaches Relocation assistance package for the right candidate Dynamic, international work environment in beautiful Roatán Professional development opportunities in emerging markets Location Requirements This position requires full-time, on-site presence in Próspera, Roatán.
