REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years proven real estate sales experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Track record managing a team of 5+ Property Consultants
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
• Proven success in target-driven, fast-paced environments

• Lead and manage daily operations of the sales team
• Develop & execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
• Train, coach, and mentor agents to achieve performance targets
• Build and maintain strong client, investor, and stakeholder relationships
• Monitor competitor activity & stay updated on market trends
• Represent the company at exhibitions, launches, and industry events
