SALES MANAGER – REAL ESTATE | AJMAN

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional ready to mentor talent, drive growth, and shape the future of our sales division.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 5+ Property Consultants
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Proven record of success in target-driven, fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily sales operations
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and market share
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
  • Stay updated on market trends and monitor competitor activity
  • Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, launches, and industry events
