REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (preferably in the UAE)
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 Property Consultants
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities
• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to own vehicle
• Proven success in target-driven, fast-paced sales environments

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and market share
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to reach performance goals
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
• Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on market trends
• Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, launches, and industry events
