REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market
  • Proven track record in leading and developing a team of 5+ Property Consultants
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle (for meetings and site visits)
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the sales team, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are met
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and grow client base
  • Motivate, train, and mentor team members through coaching, guidance, and performance reviews
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, investors, and corporate partners
  • Monitor real estate market trends, price movements, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, property launches, and networking events
