REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in real estate sales
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of at least 5 active property consultants
• Must own a car for client meetings and property viewings

• Inspire, coach, and lead the sales team to consistently exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and business expansion
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Provide regular training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to your team
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
