Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced real estate professional ready to mentor talent, drive growth, and shape the future of our sales division.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of 5+ Property Consultants
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Proven success in target-driven, fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily sales operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and market share
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on market trends
  • Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, project launches, and industry events
