REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in real estate sales
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of 5+ active Property Consultants
• Valid UAE driver’s license and personal vehicle for client meetings and property viewings

• Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed performance targets
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share growth
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to the team
• Stay up to date on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
