We’re seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to support, lead, and grow our team of 12 licensed agents. This is a key leadership position focused on day-to-day agent success, sales growth, and recruitment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Vermont real estate license
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in real estate, with a proven track record
• Leadership or mentoring experience in a brokerage or team setting strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Familiarity with Coldwell Banker tools and platforms is a plus
