Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Al Madar’s real estate and portfolio, and closing high-value deals in Dubai.

Your Responsibilities Sales & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for Al Madar’s real estate and investment opportunities in Dubai.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors.
  • Promote Dubai’s luxury property and investment potential to international clients.
  • Conduct market research and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with investors, business leaders, and real estate Agencies.
  • Serve as the primary contact, ensuring premium service and investment guidance.
  • Lead negotiations and high-value closings.
  • Represent Al Madar at real estate expos, investment summits, and networking events.
