REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • UAE Driving License.
  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic (mandatory).
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, with proven success in managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Oversee lead generation, follow-up, and conversion through CRM tools.
  • Conduct regular team training on market trends, negotiation skills, and sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and trust.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
