We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective strategies, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have in-depth market knowledge, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Knowledge of local property laws and market trends.
• Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
