DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Managers with solid experience in real estate development to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to clients on purchasing or investing in our property developments, ensuring a seamless and professional sales experience. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within real estate development in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and development processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong connections with brokerages in UAE
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong sales orientation.
  • Fluency in English; another language is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in understanding our real estate development projects and guide them through the buying process.
  • Provide detailed information on property specifications, prices, payment plans, and legal procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive property sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits, showcasing the features and benefits of developments.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements in the UAE real estate sector.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation accurately and timely.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
