Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to exceed sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Oversee property listings, client negotiations, and transaction closures
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and clients
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and brand visibility
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
