Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent

Role Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing property transactions from initial inquiry to closing, while delivering outstanding service and market insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build a client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate and close property sales and leasing deals
  • Prepare and manage all documentation related to property transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate regulations and market trends
  • Use CRM systems to track leads, manage listings, and report sales activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and online property portals
