About the Role
Aston Gate Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Assistant with international exposure and proven real estate sales background, specifically in off-plan support. This role is critical in supporting our CEO and sales team with day-to-day operations, client engagement, and deal execution across Dubai’s most premium developer projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support for off-plan sales transactions, including developer coordination, booking forms, payment schedules, and contract follow-up.
  • Assist the CEO and senior management in client meetings, showings, and negotiations.
  • Prepare sales documents, presentations, and client proposals tailored to off-plan projects.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate client and project information.
  • Coordinate with developers to secure unit allocations, track inventory, and manage launch events.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, agents, and developers throughout the transaction cycle.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales with hands-on off-plan support experience (developer or brokerage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to handle high-volume transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of RERA requirements and Dubai off-plan processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
