We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Recruiter to join our team and help us attract and develop top sales associates.

• Recruit and onboard new sales associates weekly: Interview, select, and hire talented real estate professionals.
• Share the value and opportunities within our Market Center with potential recruits and current associates.
• Consult and coach agents to set goals, develop careers, and increase productivity and retention.
• Partner with leadership to implement strategies that meet recruiting targets, profitability, and growth initiatives.
• Facilitate training and development programs for new and existing sales associates.
• Lead sales meetings and recruitment events that inspire and motivate agents.
• Research competition and develop marketing strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage recruiting pipelines and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Work closely with Market Center leadership and administrative staff to provide support and training.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and report on progress regularly
