Job Type: 1099 / Independent Contractor
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Up to 25% per deal)
Location: Must reside on the Front Range (Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs)
Work Location: Hybrid remote & in-person appointments

Simple Choice Homes is growing fast — we’ve doubled our team and sales volume this year — and we’re hiring motivated individuals to help us continue that momentum. If you’re hungry to earn and learn, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make 4–6 hours of calls per day to homeowners (training & scripts provided)
  • Build rapport, qualify sellers, and set in-person appointments
  • Meet homeowners across the Front Range and negotiate property sales
  • Run comps, estimate repair values, and determine offer strategy
  • Use our CRM to track, manage, and follow up with leads
  • Attend weekly sales training and coaching calls to grow fast

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Must live on the Front Range (this is a hybrid in-person role)
  • Strong communicator and confident speaking with new people
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated to improve
  • Reliable transportation for appointments (mileage not reimbursed)
  • Comfortable working 100% commission-based
  • No prior sales or real estate experience required — just drive

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based, paid per closed deal
  • 15% commission on first 5 deals
  • 20% on the next 5 deals
  • 25% on all deals after that
  • Top earners make $200k+ annually
  • Your income is performance-driven and uncapped

This is not a virtual position — you’ll be expected to visit properties and meet sellers face-to-face within the Front Range. You can work from home for calls and admin work, but in-person appointments are essential.

Schedule:

  • Set your own schedule — but you must be available for 4–6 hours/day of phone time and flexible for seller appointments (including some evenings and weekends)
