Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct client consultations to understand their buying and selling goals
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique needs and preferences
  • Respond to leads promptly and efficiently to maximize conversion rates
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers
  • Prepare property listings, including photographs and descriptions that highlight key features
  • Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing local real estate market trends and offering clients accurate, up-to-date insights
  • Skillfully negotiate purchase agreements and contracts, securing the best possible terms for clients
  • Work closely with appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth property transactions
  • Maintain excellent communication and provide top-tier customer service
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance skills and connections

Qualifications and Skills

  • A licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO certification
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and drive for success
  • Knowledgeable about the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) resale market
  • An excellent communicator with strong negotiation and sales skills
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
