JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales Executive L-1 to join our team. If you are on work permit and struggling to make ends meet, this is your opportunity to break the queue and join the train. This is a Real estate supporting role and you dont need a Real estate license for this position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building with clients. Bit of social media (fb, Instagram), marketing, and basic understanding of property management, along with common sense communication skills is all we expect in this role.

EXPERIENCE

• Beginners, Freshers and work permit holders may apply.
• Basic negotiation skills with coachable mindset. Must be a good listener.
• Must be willing to drive within GTA region (Car+License)
• Basic communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Languages - Hindi, English, Punjabi

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct common sense sales activities, including telemarketing, cold calls, inside sales, to generate leads and close deals.
• Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate effectively both written and verbal.
