JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Specialist to drive new business revenue by engaging in conversations with motivated property sellers (based on continuously provided lead flow) with the goal of signing purchase agreements with those homeowners. Tiered commission structure based on close rate provides opportunity to earn $120-200k annually with potential to earn far more. This is a remote role, with the freedom to work at any location within your schedule.

SKILLS

  • Strong Sales Skills: this role will be engaged with utilizing advanced sales techniques in order to close deals with large spreads. Being a natural rapport builder and sales tactician will amplify success in role.
  • Integrity: Someone who follows through with what they commit to and honesty with sellers is paramount, as we pride ourselves in being genuine and authentic with our dealings.
  • Leadership: Always lead sellers to the best decision for them, even if that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a firm stand for what you feel is best for the seller.
  • Hunger / Work ethic: In order to maximize earning potential, you must be willing to put in the time to develop your craft, doing everything possible to generate opportunities and close them. You must be hungry.
  • Proactivity: Be aware of where you stand in relation to your sales projections, know the reason why, and adjust accordingly with a sense of urgency.
  • Organization and_ Attention to detail:_ Categorizing leads and establishing a system for follow ups in order to close deals at various stages of engagement is paramount. Stay up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is extremely critical to our operation.
  • High standards: The company has very aggressive goals, and accordingly, you must create high benchmarks for yourself.
  • Poise: You will be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which can be life changing for the seller – you must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the seller make the best decision for them.
Responsibilities
  • Generate a minimum of $120,000 in monthly new business revenue, by closing on 6-8 deals per month. Sales Specialist will be supported by appointment setter who will schedule 60-70 leads each month
  • Farm property sellers from the CRM, engage them by attending appointment schedule, rescheduling as-needed, and follow up with past leads that are moved to short/long-term follow up.
  • Continuously update Key Performance Indicator documents as well as deal pipeline within CRM, and ensure proper hand off to Dispositions Lead.
  • Collaborate heavily with team members via daily team huddles and Slack communication – including owners, Lead Manager, Disposition Lead, Transactions Coordinator to ensure smooth choreography of all activities related to the sale and close of property.
