We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Abu Dhabi broker license and have proven expertise in both off-plan and secondary markets. This role requires a strong leader who can manage, motivate, and guide a sales team to achieve and exceed targets while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Abu Dhabi Real Estate Broker License (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with expertise in both off-plan and secondary markets.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a competitive market.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate brokers and agents.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan and secondary markets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure target achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
  • Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, regulations, and opportunities.
  • Assist in closing high-value transactions and supporting team members during negotiations.
