Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Selling Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers and finalize sales transactions with professionalism
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal procedures
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and property owners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurately prepared and submitted

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
  • Strong sales acumen and closing ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
