This is a remote position. Part-time (20-25 hours a week) Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM MST Responsibilities: Create flyers using existing Canva account and templates Write engaging descriptions for social media posts (mostly templated, more on graphics) Post content across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Upload documents and files to Google Docs Manage MLS listings including adding photos and property details Handle basic file management and organization tasks Potentially create short video reels for social media platforms Support general administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) strongly preferred but not mandatory Basic understanding of social media platforms and posting procedures Familiarity with real estate terminology and MLS systems preferred Proficiency with basic computer applications and file management Ability to follow established templates and procedures Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and posting Scope: Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week minimum Potential to expand to full-time (40 hours) with additional administrative responsibilities Work involves both creative social media tasks and administrative support Primarily template-based work with some room for value-added contributions Direct collaboration with business owner on content and administrative needs Opportunity for role growth and expanded responsibilities over time Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work from home Immediate hiring ZR_28114_JOB
