Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Specialist based in Naxxar, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Real Estate Specialist will support clients in finding suitable rental properties through consultations, property viewings, and negotiations. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with landlords and helping them list and manage their properties through QuickLets' platform. Additionally, the individual will assist in promoting properties, staying updated on market trends, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proficiency in Sales and Real Estate Development
• Strong Customer Service skills and client-facing experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with Malta's real estate market is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for property management and marketing
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
