YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a passion for sustainability and real estate
• You hold a technical master’s degree (civil engineering, architectural engineering, industrial engineering,… or related field) and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction.
• You have a solid understanding of construction processes and are eager to explore their economic and valuation aspects.
• You are a highly organized team player with great interpersonal skills and growth mindset
• You are a strong communicator, able to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders and you love to share knowledge
• You take initiative, anticipate challenges, and adopt a forward-thinking approach.
• You are a critical thinker with focus on innovation and creative problem solving
• You are familiar with agile way of working and have affinity with data
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and/or French.
