About the Role You’ll be working closely with our senior office administrator to provide full administrative support to our sales team. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who’s proactive, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck in. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Welcoming clients, managing mail, maintaining office presentation, and keeping communal areas tidy. Office Administration: Preparing submissions, processing listings, ordering marketing materials, assisting with advertising, managing property documentation, and maintaining online listings. Sales Support: Assisting the team with printing, scanning, photo editing (Canva/Photoshop), and weekly reporting. General Office Duties: Maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
