Responsibilities
  • Diligently coordinate and handle details pertaining to real estate paperwork including inputting and activating new listings, processing sales, monitoring deadlines in accepted offers and communicating electronically with agents, lawyers, lenders, and clients with professionalism.
    -Draft standardized documents in Webforms including but not limited to offers, listing paperwork and buyer documents.
  • Manage and maintain the client database, send drip campaigns, abnd be proficient in our CRM, Follow Up Boss.
  • Nurture team and client connection by assisting in planning and executing fun client and team events
  • Coordinate/confirm showing requests for team listings with agents and clients
  • Track and maintain a variety of company statistics
