Job Title: Real Estate Team Leader

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Team Leader in real estate or related sector.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or management with a strong record of success.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients.
  • Strong marketing and promotional skills to drive property visibility.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous administrative experience in real estate is preferred.
  • Experience working with Damac Developer is an added advantage.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
