Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Real Estate Team Leader to guide and grow a high-performing sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in English, with additional proficiency in European or Russian languages considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and revenue growth
  • Monitor team KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Support agents in negotiations, client meetings, and closing transactions
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive activity

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of team management and achieving sales targets
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in European or Russian languages is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
