We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide our sales team. As a vital part of our brokerage, you will play a key role in mentoring team members, driving sales performance, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service.
REQUIREMENTS WE NEED:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
· Proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 3 year in a leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including off-plan and secondary market properties.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to train and inspire a sales team to exceed targets.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
· Native or fluent English speaker additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:
· Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate brokers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market.
· Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
· Foster a collaborative and competitive team environment.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
· Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate trends, property values, and market regulations.
· Collaborate with management to set sales goals and generate performance reports.
