JOB SUMMARY

Do you have an ability to sell real estate at a high level AND have a heart help others? It’s a rare combination and we’re looking for the perfect embodiment of both.
The team to support you will entail our Broker/Owner, Director Of Operations, Transaction Coordinator, Social Media Manager AND digital marketing specialist.
60% of your time will be spent leveraging your own book of business and lead the firm provides to achieve a minimum of $10M/year in sales volume, 30% will be spent supporting the agents, both new and experienced in maximizing their ability to grow their business, and 10% of your time will be working with the leadership staff to support the growth of the overall business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 + years selling real estate full time.
  • Strong leadership skills and a history of leadership positions.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and business development abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or abilities are highly desirable.
  • Organizational skills to manage listings, appointments, and client follow-ups effectively.
  • A valid real estate license

Agent Support (30%):

  • Mentoring & Training: Provide one-on-one mentorship to new and experienced agents to help them develop their sales skills, negotiation techniques, and overall business strategy.
  • Business Development Guidance: Assist agents in setting and achieving personal business goals, including helping them create and execute individualized growth plans.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Help agents streamline their sales process to improve client acquisition, time management, and closing rates.
  • Problem-Solving & Support: Act as the go-to person for agents seeking advice on complex transactions, client relations, or difficult negotiations.
  • Training Workshops: Conduct or facilitate regular training sessions focused on industry updates, technology tools, market trends, and business growth strategies.
  • Accountability & Performance Tracking: Work with agents to monitor their progress, provide feedback, and hold them accountable to their goals
Responsibilities

Personal Sales & Business Growth (60%):

  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek new clients from your personal network and the firm’s lead generation efforts, focusing on high-value opportunities to meet sales goals.
  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and convert the firm’s leads into successful transactions, maintaining a high level of service.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve a personal sales volume of $10M/year through a combination of personal business and firm-provided leads.
  • Transaction Management: Handle all aspects of real estate transactions, from lead generation through closing, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction.
  • Networking & Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, local businesses, and industry professionals to grow personal and company business.

Agent Support (30%):

  • Recruitment Strategy: Work closely with leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the brokerage.
  • Company Growth Initiatives: Participate in meetings focused on scaling operations, improving market share, and fostering innovation within the brokerage.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with marketing, legal, and administrative departments to ensure business growth efforts are aligned.
