Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals with_ 2-3 years_ of real estate experience who are ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of property consultants, driving sales performance, and ensuring top-notch client service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders
· Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and closings to maximize revenue
· Provide strategic guidance to the team on market trends, investment opportunities, and client management
· Oversee sales operations and ensure smooth transactions from inquiry to closing
· Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
· Train and support new team members, helping them build successful real estate careers
Qualifications & Requirements:
· 2-3 years of real estate sales experience (UAE experience REQUIRED)
· Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
· Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
· Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and trends
· Ability to coach and inspire team members for maximum performance
· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized
· Fluency in English (Additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus)
