REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is a plus.
