As a Real Estate Tele caller, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, building rapport, and promoting our real estate services in Dubai.

Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide information about available properties in Dubai.
Lead Generation: Contact property owners to generate new listings, gather basic property details, assess initial interest, and coordinate with the sales team for price evaluation and further negotiations. Identify and qualify prospective clients, gather their requirements, and schedule property viewings with our sales team.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client interactions and property listings records in our system.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
Marketing Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets by converting leads into clients and facilitating property transactions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Follow-Up: Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead quality, call volumes, and outcomes to the team leader or sales manager, along with insights into client feedback.
